What is coveredFor first-time home and condo buyers in Texas AND ARIZONA WITH MORE STATES COMING SOON!
Nobeus exists because a covered repair should not end with a bill you did not agree to. Realistic limits, plain-language contracts, and the service fee printed next to the price — every time.
Fully self-service. No required sales call, ever.
What it costs
Who it is for
You closed on a house and inherited systems you did not choose, with no service history and no idea what a compressor costs.
Your association handles the roof and the common elements. What sits inside your unit is yours — and that is exactly what we cover.
The down payment took the savings. A $6,000 surprise in year one is the difference between homeownership working and not.
The problem we refuse
$380
What the provider limited its exposure to on the claim.
$1,200
What the household still had to pay to finish the repair.
Court
A court found the contract had been violated.
That is the case that started this company. Not a marketing story — a repair that was covered on paper and still cost the household another twelve hundred dollars. Nobeus was built to make that outcome structurally difficult: limits set at real repair cost, one flat service fee, and claim outcomes written in language you can hold us to.
What we do differently
Our per-event limits are set where Texas repairs actually land — up to $10,000 on heating and cooling on Premium — and the full schedule is one tap away, on the plan page and inside your portal.
If your manufacturer's warranty ends the day your contract starts, there is no waiting period. Where a gap exists, a 30-day eligibility period applies and we say so before you pay.
The sample contract is published in full before checkout, in the same words we use in marketing. If a bullet on this site contradicts the form, the form is what we fix.
Every claim closes with one of four labels: approved, limit reached with the amount applied, need more info, or denied with a plain reason and the contract section it comes from. Fortunately, denied is rarely the end to the story. We work with you and the contractor to find a solution, if it is there we'll find it.

How a claim actually goes
Step 1
Pick the item, tell us when it failed, add photos for major systems. Two minutes on a phone.
Step 2
The same limits you saw at signup are the ones applied — stamped to your contract at bind.
Step 3
You pay the $79 service fee when the visit happens. Nothing before that.
Step 4
Approved, limit reached with the amount applied, need more info, or denied with the contract section quoted.
Need the detail? Read how claims work, including what "limit reached" means and how to appeal a decision.
Where we can service a claim
We will not sell coverage in a ZIP code where we cannot get a licensed contractor to your door. Check your state and ZIP before you spend time on an application. If we are not there yet, leave an email and that is all we do with it — one message when coverage opens.
